We have a cheap ass owner who is going to make a rash decision in a couple of days and set this franchise back years when he deals all of our picks and young players for a “star” who likely won’t push this team over the top in a loaded west.

I'm of the mindset that a current lottery pick is more valuable than future picks years out that have a strong chance of being used by the next gm.

Yeah it could be worse. I had two hopes for this series. One was that we wouldn't get swept and the other was that our guys would keep grinding no matter what.

Well we got that win when Wemby knocked himself out on the court. As for the keep grinding part, not so much.

Now I'm just hoping we stay competitive in what I assume is this last game... even if the score isn't close, I hope our guys don't look like they did in the second half of today's game.

From a team as a whole perspective, I'd say this is as close to worst case scenario as possible. Game 1 was never really in doubt after the opening quarter, even with the Blazers run in the 3rd. They win game two because Wemby knocked himself out. And games 3/4 I'd say are worse loses than just getting run off the court. To be up big in both, at home with a rocking crowd, and the team just shit the bed in both makes it feel even worse. And spare me the "they need playoff experience" BS because the team that just kicked our teeth in has just as little experience!
