If I misinterpreted your post then I apologize, but when I see someone that looks to be promoting how North Korea and Cuba control their borders and put down the USA for their methods then it made me wonder. You also over simplified the situation of border crossing in the USA.

Because someone is Pledging allegiance to our Flag and want to teach your kids about patriotism and being a proud American, that doesnt automatically make them a Nazi or Racist.

Limiting the size of soft drinks is a bit on the silly side, but it's hardly a big deal. Retailers limited the size already, nobody sold a 137 oz Coke, so if you wanted 137 oz in one container, you were shit out of luck. If that's the biggest problem we face, things are pretty damn good.
