You don't seem to understand the definition of consistent. Crabbe is the exact opposite of consistent. In lingo you'll understand, he's feast or famine. It is games like the 5-5 and 8-10 that are mentioned in this thread, that keep his 3FG% high in spite of many 1-4, 0-4, 1-5 and 1-6 games.
Here's Crabbe's 3FG shooting in his last 15 games:
1-4
1-6
2-4
4-8
1-4
1-5
3-3
2-4
4-8
0-4
3-5
2-6
1-3
0-2
8-10
Does that look consistent to you? The league average 3FG% is .358. In those 15 games, Crabbe had 8 games that were 3FG% of .333 or less and 7 games that were .500 or better and ZERO games between .333 and .500. So, eight shitty games and seven great games and nothing in between. If that's not the definition of feast or famine, I don't know what is. Yet, his 3FG% for those 15 games is .434. It's only a 15 game sample size, but very representative of Crabbe's season as a whole.
Simply out, Crabbe is a streaky shooter. When he's hot, like he was tonight, he's fucking great. When he's not hot, well let's just say, not so great.
