<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Newsday - If it was Jamal Crawford's last shot as a Knick, it was a good one, no matter how awkward he looked in the air. If it was just Crawford's last shot before the All-Star break, it still was a thing of beauty when his 15-foot pull-up jumper from the left side of the foul line fell to beat Toronto, 98-96, last night at Madison Square Garden and put an end to the Knicks' 10-game losing streak. Crawford's name has been mentioned prominently in rumors of a possible deal for Orlando's Steve Francis, which might have been part of the reason he shook off a sore lower back that kept him out of the previous game to play against the Raptors. With the score tied at 96 and the ball in Crawford's hands, Knicks coach Larry Brown chose not to call a timeout. Crawford had been pulled moments earlier for defensive reasons after point guard Mike James blew by him for a layup that cut the Knicks' lead to 90-89. But with the game on the line, Crawford got his revenge when he drove, stopped abruptly and threw up a shot that took all his strength as he was starting to fall to earth. It went in with three seconds left. "I did feel like I was coming down," Crawford said. "He made me double-pump. I'm glad it went in." Asked if he expects to see some new faces when he .returns, Crawford offered a small smile and said, "If there's a face that isn't here, it probably will be mine, from all the rumors. I hope everybody is still here, me included."</div>http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/391...me_in_new_york/
