One of the greatest nights and meals of my life was being in Beaumont, TX and 7 people made ribs, pork shoulder, wings, etc. From Nashville. From Carolina, from Memphis, and Texas obviously.

I've never had such good BBQ in my life. I still remember the taste of that pork shoulder and this was well over a decade ago.
