Can we just rest Dame and call it a season? Honestly with how shit the whole year has been I'm happy enough that we got a few fun moments out of this season. Certainly watching Dame go supernova for a few weeks helps the sting of going 35-39 on the season.

Also fire Terry Stotts and trade CJ. Never going to happen but one can hope....

Yeah, Stotts needs to go or Dame will spend the rest of his career here getting doubled with no way out and no help. Thats probably gonna happen anyways, but whatever

I've definitely heard of people tearing their ACL and being able to walk and even run just fine. A friend of mine tore his snowboarding and then played two indoor soccer games the next week before finally going to the doctor. Doc said he definitely tore it snowboarding.

From the replay, I don’t think Dame did serious damage - certainly hoping and praying so!

We CAN beat the Lakers. We need to start Trent and have him hound LeBron from the tip off. Whiteside needs to wake up and play hard.

If Dame is truly hurt, of course you don’t risk his career by playing him.

Playing on a bad knee is a precursor to something worse, like an Achilles tear. This whole dog and pony show of a season finish and playoffs is a sham anyway. Just rest him to 100%. This playoff series means nothing. Its a glorified exhibition.

Actually no. The more embarrassing the series loss is the more likely it is (I'm hoping) to fire Stotts.

I can't get excited about any team with him as the coach. Good regular season and it's out I'm the first round.

Would rather lose and make sure Lillard doesn't get hurt then to try to climb back into it.

Honest question: What do you think the odds are that Stotts isn't the coach to start next season? We know what you want, but what do you think the odds are?
 
With bad index finger MRI results came fast within 10 minutes....no information yet? This serious? I don’t care about playoffs at all.

I was going to say 3%, but you might be right.

I think we all know it's highly unlikely, so what we need to do is think about who we would blame after Stotts got fired and we still failed to make the finals. Whatever that thing is, let's just piss and moan about that now instead.
 
Ya, the long delay is worrisome. The MRI results (thumb) came fast....but I don’t want to go to bed fearing what we’ll learn come morning.

well, for Dame’s sake we can all raise our thoughts and prayers for him!

Two years left on his deal? I would think it's got to be at least 50/50 at this point. I think 8 seasons has shown his true colors and that the team needs a change. I'm a little more optimistic than others on this.

Told ya man everybody criticized me too. I specifically said this is going to be embarrassing and that Lebron/AD would destroy us. Boy was I right

Naw it’s coo. Hopefully this embarrassing series loss creates positive changes. Feel bad for Dame tho. Been saying it all game even before his knee injury. Dude deserves so much better in an organization.

I've never seen a player leak info about a teammates injury. I'm pretty sure they would get a big fine for something like that... otherwise we would always hear it from them. It's going to come from the team or Dame himself.

they havent said a word about anything. wondering if dame called a meeting in the locker room.
 
This is maybe a good thing. I feel like a tear would show up clearly.
