I doubt that there are very many people in the front office, at the moment, that have the authority to do anything... especially trade away the greatest player in franchise history. If Dame made a trade demand, I'm sure Vulcan would tell him that they'd honor it as soon as they get this shit sorted.

I'm tired of being the guy who always has to settle for less. The Blazers are that guy. Fuck trading Dame , unless he absolutely wants out. Trade him so you get a Yugo (Otis Thorpe) in return for Clyde Drexler. Fuck That! I don't care if potential GM's don't want the Blazers gig if they can't put Dame on the board. Fuck those Pansies. Dame is 31 not 38. He keeps himself in incredible condition. He's no Zion. He's special. He cares. Even if he does want the super max extension. Give it to him. Cause a new owner IS going to want him on the team. If he's traded i'm pretty sure the value of the team will drop by at least a half Billion. So an extra 100 mil. now is paltry in comparison to how a Dame trade will bring down the value. Keep the Ferrari and add a couple G Wagons around him. No more Yugos in Portland.

Yes they do! Dame if he plays his Caaads right could end up part owner down the road. Paul would never had let Dame go unless he demanded it.

I am more convinwd than ever ownership has NO intention of EVER building around Dame. do him a favor and trade him to a real organization . allen is a joke owner. a total fucking joke.
