the sig is not complely done...what should i add to it oviously i need text but im gonna do that at the end... if anyone has any tips what to do with the text, backround, pic effect i would be more than happy to hear them... also what version do you like better?

Tone down the pic effect and lower the opacity of the brushing so that it's not so busy. Probably your best though so far.

ok unfortuantely i had a blackout and never saved the PSD...so i just added some text on the pic in v1...so here is my final copy...i wished i saved it to make it a little better but this is better than nothing

You shoulda moved the text down a bit it looks like its just floaten there, I like this sig though, better than your orig's.
