This guy reminds me of Hedo Turkoglu.
You don't think this guy was drafted in an attempt to lure Sergio do you?
We had seen Blake in action and its' better if he moved on. He is the definition of mediocore imo.Damn, we gave up Federico Kammerichs AND Steve Blake? This is a dark day for Blazerdom.
barfo
I've been wondering, since I'd heard he was interested in coming back to the NBA, then Quick mentioned it, so I figured it couldn't be legit.
Sergio would be a great fit in our system I hope we at least try to go after him.
Not a shooter, means not a fit in portland
I'm in Europe couple times a year and have caught some Real Madrid games. He's improved his shot. Then you have his passing which will always fit a stotts offense. He's grown up. He's one of the best players in the best league not named the nba.
I never heard it from Quick. It just came to mind when seeing the Espana uniform on him.
My hospital league is pretty competitive.....just sayin. I mean I dominate those wheelchair guys. They can't get a shot off over me
Real Madrid would beat half the teams in the eastern conference.

you're absolutely right, I forgot about the Stotts part of it..so let's go with Earl Watson and Steve BlakeDoes he? Was he on this team with Olshey and Stotts? Serious question. I thought he was long gone by then.

Sergio has come out and said that he wants to come back to the Blazers (however it is apparent he'd be happy any where in the NBA). However, he doesn't play defense, and he can't shoot. Think of him as the anti-Spur (or even the anti-Warrior). Unless those things have changed, he's not an NBA player. If there is a chance to get Sergio, I would definitely try. Aldridge and serg had a really good two man game, plus they were good friends. It could be another addition that would help entice Aldridge to stay in Portland.
So he's Ricky Rubio?Sergio has come out and said that he wants to come back to the Blazers (however it is apparent he'd be happy any where in the NBA). We aren't asking him to be our starter. Use him with CJ to help make scoring easier off the bench. There's only 8-10 minutes available at PG anyway.Sergio has come out and said that he wants to come back to the Blazers (however it is apparent he'd be happy any where in the NBA). But he's a play maker and even more a terrific passer. That's key in this offense.
As a backup he'd be fine. I would welcome back happily because he's better than anything we've had in a few years. That and I believe he's mature and ready to make a run with us if all components are there.
you winNeither on the team cause they can't shoot
you win
I enjoy the posts, especially when it's fun around here. Not enough of that these daysI'm not that person anymore. I'm not trying to win or make someone else lose. I am just having fun. It might be just for my sake though, so I'll need to watch that.
