I just don’t like his contract and overall fit. I kinda think he’s overrated.

The Lakers could trade Lopez and Randle and a pick for him..wouldn't have to move..just change jerseysDame, and CJ are terrible at throwing lobs, so it's a pass for me.
I don't know how it could happen, but I think Jordan would fit well with Cleveland.
He's a beast, but so was Nurkic before the weak Stotts style hit him. Jordan will wear that dress a lot more here.
I'd prefer just keeping Nurkic. However, if it does go down, you can basically say that we traded Mason Plumlee for DeAndre Jordan and Zach Collins. And you can't really complain about that too much.
It’ll confirm one thing to me; Olshey lucked into Nurkic and really is a moron.
Yeah, because Olshey has never acquired a player that was off the radar and turned out to be a good fit.
Who? Nurk is pretty much the only one worth anything and I wouldn’t even say he was off the radar.
I guess Napier.

I know you're making a joke, but it's clearly not true about Nurk.
Den - 7.5 pts @ 45.8%, 5.9 reb, 1.1 ast
Por - 14.5 pts @ 48.2%, 8.9 reb, 2.1 ast
Looking at his Per 36 stats, his scoring is up 4 points in Portland, and everything else is minutely down.
None of that says that Nurkic was a beast in Denver, and has been poor in Portland.
Again, I know you're just making a joke, but I want to nip that stereotype in the bud before it starts.
Nurkic was a beast late last season, had a summer of Stotts-system indoctrination to unlearn his Euro style, and returned with a weaker inside game.
He got worse in almost all per-36 columns from his Portland games of last season. Except a tiny (0.7, not 4.0) increase in points, caused by the Stotts-induced worsening in FGA (which lowered FG%).

Nurkic finished January averaging 13.6 points, 9.4 rebounds on over 50% shooting and also shot 70% from the line.
Maybe let him develop.
Or panic and get glorified Ed Davis on the back end of his career. Great idea. Also pay him more.
Fuck this entire discussion.
Your mean-spirited sarcasm always ends every discussion.
Neil Olshey's trade and free agency ideas give me AIDS-cancer.
DeAndre Jordan? FML.
True datMeyers was much more of an inside player when he first arrived as well. A year in to Stotts system and he turned into Myle who only shot '3's.

A scenario:
Milwaukee wants DeAndre. Clippers don’t want Jabari because they don’t want to pay him. We do though.

We also add our first round pick and send it to the Clippers. Clippers only take on Aminus contract which they could easily move if they wanted to in the summer. They cut Layman and Davis is an expiring.
Trade Dame. He's the most overrated player in the league. Fred Van Fleet went thru him like nothing. Often times Dame isn't even one of the best 10 guys on the floor. Volume shooter. Hits open 3's makes him look great. Gets paid 27 mil a year while everyone else does all the hard work to free him up for the launch. 108th in FGA. 4th in the league in shot attempts. That's what PA is feeding us.
