It could be that he's saying "sacrifice my body to [the point of] injuries"

He's talking about his broken leg that has healed and the high ankle sprain he had couple years ago.
This year most injuries are day to day and he has played through them for the most part.

At least that is the way I'm taking that comment. I could be wrong.
