Derrick Rose is being sued by a woman who claims the NBA superstar and two of his friends drugged and gang raped her.

The woman, identified only as Jane Doe, says she and Rose dated from 2011 to 2013. During that time, Rose allegedly tried to pressure her to masturbate in front of him, allow him to have sex with her friends and engage in group sex with strangers, all of which she says she refused.

Rose's accuser says the two continued to date until August 2013, when Rose and two friends, Ryan Allen and Randall Hampton (who is also Rose's personal manager), invited her to Rose's Beverly Hills house. She says there, they slipped a drug into her drink with the aim of raping her.

The plaintiff says she escaped the house with a friend, but later that night, Rose and his friends broke into her apartment and gang raped her while she was incapacitated. She says she remembers only "flashes" of the incident, but can remember the defendants forcibly raping her.

She claims she waited for two years to file the suit because she was "ashamed and embarrassed" of what happened and concerned her "conservative family" would find out.

She wants unspecified damages.

We've reached out to an attorney for Rose, but so far ... no word back.

1.) Sounds like pure slander. It's typical for a liar to try to make someone in the spotlight sound as bad as possible.

2.) So they were able to slip her the drug, or they failed and she found out?
If they "slipped her the drug", then she wouldn't know, and then how would she know to "escape"?

3.) She can only remember flashes? So they did get away with slipping her the drug... so how'd she know to escape? And her friend she "escaped" with didn't take care of her drugged up ass?

She stated she waited to file suit because she didn't want to embarrass her "conservative" family. Why would being conservative have something to do with shame brought to the family (which nobody knows or cares about) because she was forcibly raped?

Also, why would Rose go to all that trouble to watch friends take turns on his girlfriend? You know he could've had it whenever he wanted since they were together, so would the same guy who was scared of hurting his knee again really risk throwing his life away just to watch his friends rape his girlfriend?

I'm a bit surprised by the instant reactions. I generally respect Rose, but it's not like this accusation is completely outside of the realm of possibility.

Sure, I would have rather seen this addressed immediately, and in a criminal court if justified; but, her accusation could be true. Who would have thought Bill Cosby was capable of all the stuff that has come out way after the fact. With the money these guys make and the sexual opportunities they encounter constantly, this could be legit.

I hope that if it is bogus that Rose will fight it and not give her a dime. But, if true, then I hope it ends his career. Worst case is they settle on cash just to make it go away and we never really know. This is also the most likely outcome.
