That's a cool 'ice cube' effect, but it just doesn't work for a sig. The text is bad too.

Try to blend the pic with the background more, make it less bright and definitely change up that font. The background is different than anything I've ever seen for a sig, try and work with it to make it even better with some blending.

How can I blend it in to the background without making it look like crap?
