OT Displaced tribe buys back some of ancestral land

Hopefully every tribe that was forcibly removed from their land can one day afford to buy part of it back.

Ultimately they shouldn't have to buy back their lands. If the government owns some of these lands, they should just give the lands back.

By that insane logic, (giving US Public land to them) we should give America back to the Europeans, who should give Europe back to the Nazi Party.

Or we should bypass the American Indians and give it back to Polynesia, Asia and Scandinavia.

And obviously the NBA should give the 2016-2017 season Championship Trophy to the Brooklyn Nets.

As for them buying land from private citizens or corporations, I celebrate their participation and success in the American Dream!
