Cigs or weed?

I vape most my weed. Make my own wax usually and use a dab nail or my gpen. Dab nails are where its at, hit like a truck. Gpens are ok for when you are on the go, hard to get a satisfying rip off of it tho.

Personally Im not a fan of smoking (except cigars with the bros) The only time I ever really smoke is when I'm really drunk. Then I might hookah, or smoke a clove.

I don't but two good married friends quit smoking by switching to vapes about 6 months ago. The wife has now switched to non-nicotine vape but the husband is still using the nicotine. Brands, I don't know. But, I do have some advise that the wife gave to someone else. Make a schedule ahead of time if you want to actually quit your addictions.

rest of July smoke no more than 2 cigs a day and vape nicotine the rest.
August only vape nicotine, no cigs allowed.
september vape nicotine only half the time, vape non-nicotine the rest.
October, vape only non-nicotine, no nicotine allowed anymore.
Then, if you want to be done with the action of vaping altogether, you can work out a schedule for that too.

There are so many different types of liquids and vapes that any science is going to be pretty hard to sift through at this point.

The shitty ones you can buy at 7/11 are made by the cigarette company's, and suck on purpose I'd say.

When you vape you injest the unknown. With tobacco, we are forewarned it screws women in pregnancy, has high probability of Cancer and costs thousands a year. If I know tobacco is negative and vape is a tobacco industry substitute, why trust those bastards? Warnings will be present on their packages soon.
