Does Lillard have any contact with reality?

I liked what Dame said.

Even this nerd gets it:

HCP said:
As far as your original post about Dame, he is simply saying we need better complimentary players and wasn't wanting to call out any of his teammates is what it looks like to me.

Isn't there an official list of forum rules? If so, will someone please post them.

1.Never let no one know how much dough you hold.
2.Never let em know your next move
3.Never trust nobody.
4.Never get high, on your own supply.
5.Never sell no crack where you rest at.
6.That God damn credit, dead it.
7.Keep your family and business completely separated.
8.Never keep no weight on you.
9.If you ain’t gettin bags stay the fuck from police.
10.A strong word called consignment,If you ain’t got the clientele say hell no.

I didn't care for it. But I did like Arrival.

For a second I thought were talking about The Arrival with Charlie Sheen....Arrival was good. Contact was too.

I mean, this answer is simply outrageous, and it's not the first time he says this:

What do you think this team is missing Dame?

I’m not sure. I’m sure some people will look at it and say, “well this team needs this kind of player and they need that.” But, I’m not sure, because you look around and you say, Golden State won the championship in 2015, they had Steph [Curry], they had Klay [Thompson], Draymond [Green] had a great season. Then they just had really complementary pieces. They just had guys came in and did a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and it was really done by committee. I honestly feel that our team is capable of something like that, so it’s hard for me to say.

Look, I'm not saying he should have said that we suck and we are missing two superstars, but at least he should have the decency to stop comparing himself and the roster to future Hall of famers and a team that was for the ages.

He really has no clue of the reality, that's another reason why I'm not confortable with him leading the franchise.

Man, I love a good parody. You really had me laughing with the "Future hall of famers" and I almost peed myself when you went over the top and jumped the shark with "team for the ages"

Keep up the comedy, you have a bright future in comedic fiction.

My soon to be Oregon Duck Daughter made a good point about Dame. How many of you could totally concentrate on your normal everyday responsibilities once your baby was born? Were you super focused on the task at hand, or did your mind wonder through the day? Dame was an assassin the day his girlfriend went into labor, and took off for PDX immediately after the game. But I didn't see the same fire through the rest of the remaining games. He wasn't bad, he was very workmanlike, but that's not Dame. He amps his game up on emotion. Even in his exit interview, he mentioned Family, life in retrospect. Now that's not to say he will never get that edge back, but right now, his mind is elsewhere. Just is. Once he gets away, listens to the national hate coming his way, and believe me, it's out there in heavy doses, I think that fire will get started again, and Dame will comeback more driven then ever. I'm not saying it's the baby's birth fault, cause it's not, but the situation puts a whole new realism to life, and not everyone adjust overnight, and goes back to the way it was.

I think the movie Contact was written by the guy who created Scientology.

The only thing about this amazingly well written post that stuck with me is the fact that one of you actually procreated!

I take that as a compliment, I think (scratching my head), heeheehee.

What an absolutely ridiculous thread.....you couldn't find a better leader...this post should have the decency to get it's own reality check in my view
