Jonathan Capehart writes a confession about how he was sucked into the media storm surrounding the Michael Brown shooting, but has since learned that Officer Wilson was actually justified in shooting Michael Brown. This is why things need to be handled in a court of law. Now I cringe whenever I see the media release a "white officer shoots black man" report, people immediately jump up to protest. In one of the latest cases, an officer was pursuing a man who had committed an assault in broad daylight, into a room, and was hit on the head, and shot the man in self defense, and people were getting up in arms over that, because it was "white officer shoots black man". The media knows how to push people's button's and create firestorms, then they sit back and watch the chaos.
