It will interesting to see what the heck is behind this pick! I would expect the justice department to make the list and guide the President in making the pick. Did Session set this up for some reason? Or another one of the lifers?
The justice department ought to be able get a guy more presentable than this! It seems they have mucked things up multiple times now, to the point that it must be intentional.
