I've been watching the same shit on NBA.com tv for over 6 hours and I think I can recite the entire monolog. I've been watching the Season Series against Dallas too. I think I need some rest. Big day tomorrow! So excited to watch my boys kick some ass tomorrow!

PEACE and GO BLAZERS!

Just Blazerbate a couple of loads and you'll fall right to sleep.

Am finishing up watching our fourth meeting against the Mavs at the RG from a couple weeks ago. Watched the 3rd meeting before that. I can't sleep either bro! Too pumped!

I have acquired a zen-like state about the playoffs. Whatever will be, will be.

This is the first time in awhile that i'v been so pumped up I can't sleep... and thats with even not being able to watch the game tell around 11 tomorrow.

I'm pumped for the playoffs as a whole. I'll pop out of bed to watch Bulls-Pacers. Playoff basketball is a whole other level of competition/entertainment. People always talk about "playoff atmosphere" during the regular season but it's nothing like the real thing. Once the playoffs start, everyone's 0-0 and it's like the regular season never happened. Now for the REAL games. I'm rooting for the underdog in every series and I hope at least one of them comes through for me. The only series I'm slightly divided on is Boston-New York. Being that I have a home in NYC, I've always enjoyed rooting for the Knicks and it's great to have them back in the playoffs. But I have a lot of respect for Boston and I cheered them on in the Finals. It feels weird to suddenly turn on them. Regardless, I can't fucking wait for the games. The Blazers/Mavs games will be tough on me, especially if we lose. Besides that, the Hornets and Sixers have suddenly become two of my favorite teams!! Go Sixers!!!

sucks on the East Coast. I've been up for 2 hrs now, with SportsCenter on loop, waiting until 1 when the games come on. Then the Blazers start at 9:30 or so (at least it's not a school night!).

At least every hour or so I get to see how the M's choked away 9th-inning, based-loaded, 1 out, down by 2...into a loss.

Ha, all you fools are sound asleep! Only Brian and I are on the board at this time in the morning.

well, depending on which sites mags went to...

Just 12 more hours...

Then I can spend more time not sleeping and waiting for the next game.

Too much heart break. The NBA, Stern, and the refs have made it so that I don't trust the process.

Me too. I can't get nearly as emotionally invested as I used to. I need a deep run in the playoffs to get excited again. Too much "pain" and disappointment.

BTW, HCP, who did your avatar? That's the worst photo-shop in history.

Like Julius, I try and keep a bit more of an even keel. I know the Mavs will flop and I know the refs will let them get away with it. I know Terry will hit 4 or 5 3's that will rip our hearts out and people on Dallas that shoot 40% from the free throw line will be 8-8... But I still think we will win this series.

What did I miss? Four chevalas and some super tacos from favorite local taqueria and I was out like a light last night. Is there something going on today?

nope

Oh good, I can spend the whole day with the in-laws playing charades then!

Two words, three syllables. First word rhymes with "Phallus". Second sounds like / is "sucks"!

I went to sleep ~ 10:30, and the thing I knew it was 6:20am. I never sleep through the night; I consider this a very good omen.

Go Blazers!

I have to work right up until game time. It's going to be one long ass day at work.
