I was looking at the 2018 draft. Miller would go top 5 looking at him now and Lundkvist probably top 12. Kravtsov 20 to 25. Dahlin was supposed to be this generational defenseman. Miller looks a lot better than him.


Looking at the 2021 draft. I'm not so sure the Rangers if they get in the top 5 won't deal that pick for a young center. I've been all in on getting Dvorak from the Yotes. They suck to. He's a 54% draw guy. If that means you give up your number 1, Jones and Kravtsov so be it. Kid would absolutely break out here. He's perfect for this team. I forgot about him when I brought up Johansen.

Also, the should put Robertson in the lineup. There is no way he could possibly do worse than Johnson or Smith. He's a great skater as well and this team lacks speed.

The two centers from Michigan, Beniers and Johnson could be interesting options, though they would probably need 2y before making it. We need C in the system badly.

Agree 71! If we’re gonna suck let’s suck with the kids and jettison some of these veteran wastes and let’s get Barron some experience and see what he looks like

I'll say this, there is no need to have Johnson and Smith here. I get if they want to keep Smith due to contract and vet presence, but they should cut Johnson now. And Smith should be the 7th dman period. Play Hajek with DeAngelo and see what we got. Enough already.
