That's the "HOVA" symbol. Looked to me like the Husky player was mocking the "O" while getting his ass kicked by the Ducks.

Either way, it was stupid to do anything like that when you're getting beat badly.

Stupid yes to be celebrating. But from the TV Angle when watching it didnt look like he was mocking the O. I think he had gloves on with half the logo on each hand. I.e.
