BRISTOL, Conn. -- ESPN will televise the Oregon Ducks' next Pac-10 game in 3D, making it the first time the network has showed a west coast game in 3D.

The Ducks have a bye this week, but host UCLA on Thursday, Oct. 21. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.

It will also be the first ESPN 3D broadcast of a Thursday night college football game.

ESPN 3D is carrying 13 college football games this year, including the 2011 BCS National Championship Game. Currently, the network is available in the U.S. and has agreements with Comcast, DirecTV and AT&T U-Verse.

I wonder if you have to wear those funny glasses?

You'll have to wear 3D glasses but you'll also have to have one of those special 3D televisions. I think only Toshiba has a 3D TV that doesn't require 3D glasses but I don't think they're on the market yet.

I'll be at Autzen, so it'll be 3D for me. Will be my first time going to Autzen Stadium, so am pretty excited for the experience.

I'm hearing all the fans have to wear the glasses for this to work right!
