Tournaments are what everything runs on.IMO, that is too much.
Some tournaments that's nessesary, but not every weekend day.
Look no further than many of your own posts - they project hate and demonize republicans / conservatives or anybody who would consider to vote that way.Spreading hate on both sides? Bullshit. Copout. Show me where transgender people have spread hate for cisgender people or tried to take away their civil rights and ban them from public places.
I don’t take chances on my kids getting injured. ANY chances. If they want to throw darts, more power to ya’.Again. .000002% does not warrant this much attention.
Holler if you want at least 50 personal examples of how THIS is the way to go if you want to have them play at the next level.I'll never have my girls play 100% one sport. Different seasons and they need to be well rounded athletes. Maybe their last years of high school they can decide to do more specialization.
A lot of parents just make bad choices. The club sports brainwashing parents to fork over money reminds me of groups selling timeshares and its always to lower income groups.
Appreciate it! Yeah if you ever want to give some examples, happy to hear them.Holler if you want at least 50 personal examples of how THIS is the way to go if you want to have them play at the next level.
Didn't your daughter break her collarbone?I don’t take chances on my kids getting injured. ANY chances.
I don’t want my child losing her college scholarship because of injury. Just don’t.
TwiceDidn't your daughter break her collarbone?
Then what was she doing scrimmaging against the top boys in the state over winter break?I don’t take chances on my kids getting injured. ANY chances. If they want to throw darts, more power to ya’.
Insurance side of it doesn’t worry us. Yeah each school is different. Had a few other NCAA parents share some instances where they took away a players scholarship offer injuries. What a shit coach and program to do that to a kid huh?The Googles say that it varies from school to school whether they continue the scholarship if the athlete is injured. Do you know what the policy is at your daughter's school?
Doesn't the mandatory NCAA insurance cover her education if she is injured?
"Starting Aug. 1, 2024, the NCAA provides a two-year, $90,000 post-eligibility coverage plan for injuries."
I don’t take chances on my kids getting injured. ANY chances. If they want to throw darts, more power to ya’.
I'm gonna vote for someone actively trying to take away the civil rights of others because of the state of Canadian power lifting!I'm sorry. I'll never be convinced that the boogeyman threat of Trans people winning a competition over a cis person is more important and vote changing over people losing their lives.
Definitely not right now when it is so ridiculously low.
A conversation, sure.
Why have there be a chance at all. You don’t have kids man I assume. It’s different. Let em swim and lift weights, row even…… just don’t collide with my daughter. She has a bigger chance of getting hurt in a scrimmage against men then she does against the .000002% athletes that are trans
What about if it has nothing to do with the wins and losses, simply physicality?I'm sorry. I'll never be convinced that the boogeyman threat of Trans people winning a competition over a cis person is more important and vote changing over people losing their lives.

Then don't scrimmage against boys! Why have there been a chance at all. You don’t have kids man I assume. It’s different. Let em swim and lift weights, row even…… just don’t collide with my daughter.
Controlled scrimmages are something totally different from D1 level all out competition. She has a bigger chance of getting hurt in a scrimmage against men then she does against the .000002% athletes that are trans
WHO isn’t colliding?they aren't colliding, and the ones that are playing aren't significantly bigger.
mountain out of a grain of salt.
Oh you are saying a summer scrimmage has the same intensity as a D1 level sporting event? I have a feeling you haven’t witnessed either in person. Then don't scrimmage against boys!
WHO isn’t colliding?
She's far more likely to get hurt, FAR more, colliding with a woman in soccer than a trans woman.Oh you are saying a summer scrimmage has the same intensity as a D1 level sporting event? I have a feeling you haven’t witnessed either in person.
But we don't hear about trans athletes smashing cis athletes......yet.What about if it has nothing to do with the wins and losses, simply physicality?

- Quinn (Duke University): While identifying as nonbinary/trans, they played for the Duke women's soccer team, becoming a standout player, before representing Canada in the Olympics, reports The Duke Chronicle.
Look at Canada's women's powerlifting. Tell me how that's a boogeyman.I'm sorry. I'll never be convinced that the boogeyman threat of Trans people winning a competition over a cis person is more important and vote changing over people losing their lives.

In these scrimmages the boys know what's up. They don't play with nearly the same intensity. Then don't scrimmage against boys!
