This look pretty good, i think you have used a smudge effect maybe? Dont know. But background matches the pic and all that. Text could use some work but apart from that pretty good. 8/10.

i used smudging mostly, also, i was going to have bigger text but i decided id have small text on the render.

Your text in the top right is quite hard to read, is it suppose to be like that?

To enhance your SIG, perhaps try not making it a rectangle, try a custom shape and save it as transparent?

Also are you any good with animating them? If so then you might want to give the text a shine effect, would make it easier to read.
