Olshey seems to be the type to shoot for the moon. It wouldn't surprise me if he went after Dwight Howard. Perhaps a trade to free up cap room on draft night? And really, why shouldn't he? If you can't make a trade for the starting center on draft night, Howard should be your first shot in free agency. If he balks, move on to the next guy.

This would be a waste of time. There's no way in Hell that Howard would come to Portland. And I thank the basketball gods for that.

If there was a way to convince him to stay then I would be down. I just think he is too big market for a team like Portland. Who knows, maybe he found himself.

I'd rather have Noah then Howard. If we get Howard there's no chance he stays.

We can't trade for howard on draft night so the only way we get him is in a sign and trade or to just outright sign with us. We would have him locked in for four years

Thats never going to happen.

Who knows what Howard really wants?

He's in LA now. Bright lights, big city, wealthy team that'll pay the most possible. He's not signed.

I think he wants to be the man, but also wants high quality teammates to make it so he's not doing it all by himself.

He turned down the Bulls. I don't blame him. What's wrong with Portland? You need a bench, but the 4 guys you could put on the floor with Howard has to be attractive to him.

What's wrong with Portland? Not bright lights, big city. But seems like a great place to be.

Dwight yelled at Kupchack after he got himself ejected. I wonder what he said. I quit?

Looked to me like he said, "fuck the Lakers!"

Reggie Miller just said he wouldn't offer Dwight a max contract

After listening to Reggie Miller for the last few years I wish he was the GM for the Lakers because then they would never be relevant again.

Howard is a big bitch boy. He can't handle the scrutiny of a major market if he can't win a ring.

¡!¡!

It might be a waste of time, but it would be a relatively short amount of time. It's not nearly as much of a waste of time as going after a restricted free agent, which we do plenty.

The team Dwight had in Orlando in 2009 was the ideal team for him but Nelson was hurt. Otherwise, they might've won it.

Honestly, I hate Dwight Howard.

If he came to Portland? I'd still hate him.

But we would be damn good.

Dwight/Aldridge/Batum/Wes/Lillard?

Yes fucking please. It would be a real chore to watch teams cheat off of Batum/Wes/Lillard to double him...and then LMA can be the little bitch he is usually and shoot jumpers

Sucks that Howards washed up already. There's no way he comes to small market like Portland.
