Scrambled Eggs:

Crack some eggs
salt and pepper
Whisk

Melt butter under low heat in a pan
Add Eggs
Cook really slow and stir
Take it off when its still "wet" but settled

Turns out great.

I hard boil eggs in the Instant Pot. I have a little device that holds up to 18 eggs.

5 minutes + quick release.

Dunk in ice bath.

For scrambled eggs, I get my pan nice and hot. Turn it on close to high, while I whisk the eggs really good. little bit of avocado oil to coat the pan. Once it's close to smoking, turn off the heat, move the pan off. Pour in the eggs, stir. Done in 10-15 seconds or so. And leaves no mess on the pan.

Cooked for me. Doesn’t really matter how.
No raw eggs unless I don’t have a way to cook em.
Raw egg in homemade eggnog is fantastic. Add some vanilla, sugar and 3.8% milk and wow oh wow. Add some nutmeg and brandy and double wow oh wow.

Deviled eggs are good. I mix yokes with mayo and mustard, sometimes a bit of dill, salt and pepper, put back in egg white and top with paprika.

I like my bacon chewy. Slightly browned toast with butter. Sometimes I like to have French toast.

Glass of orange juice and a cup of coffee with milk, no sugar
Thanks, can't eat chewy bacon but I'm gonna now have French toast for breakfast.
Dear God, I love orange juice especially if I use a thick frozen glass so that when I reach the bottom there is a small disk of frozen orange juice. Can't have orange juice, too much potassium and/or phosphorous both of which can be deadly for me. One affects my heart and the other makes my bones brittle.

I also add egg to eggnog and use it to make French Toast.

don't have an instant pot, but we air fry our eggs. 275 for 17 minutes. Pretty much perfect every time.

You can only eat bacon crispy?

Good grief, holiday festivities at your place would probably kill me, but I'd die happy. ;)
It's funny you should say that. I've always been called a happy drunk. Never do I argue or fight when drinking.

Same here, unless someone throws the first punch
