White people dont deal with constant obstacles due to our whiteness so there is no double standard. White people who say stuff like this just aren’t looking at the big picture.

I don't agree with this at all. We will never achieve true equality until people stop looking at others defined by the color of their skin. So when anyone lumps all white people into a group by saying, "white people this" or "white people that," it's just perpetuating the divide. Gatekeeping people from having an opinion because they're white, or telling them they don't understand because they're white is just making things worse.

It's essentially saying that all white people come from the same background, have the same history, and have experienced the same things. We know that's not true.

There are a lot people in this country that have gotten the shit beat out of them because they are white.

That actually reminds me of one of the reasons that I constantly call dviss out on his shit.

Maybe I shouldn’t put him on ignore...

The discussion was ugly. Myself and others had deleted and edited multiple posts in that thread. Nothing seemed to help. I even tried to ask people to move things to more of a discussion instead of accusations and insults and that failed horribly. I don't have time right now to babysit that thread. Well, he has always referred to the "WABC". So, I am not going to make the assumption about MM that he means anything other than WABC's. If you want to make that connection or assumption, that's on you.

I do not allow it. If I see it, I delete or edit it. I know other staff members do too.
