Hmm well...there IMO is too much lighting going on and the text is a little off. The text looks a little small and if you lower the contrast a little I think its good.

Hey your better than me and there is room for improvement on everyone. I really can't say if your getting better or not because I don't see a lot of your works. I don't think it is possible to get worse though
