Damn you Facebook. I won't come back. Will these go on YouTube at some point?

Zach is only going to practice with the young guys in the summer and in Vegas-- but he WILL NOT play in summer league.

Why not?

...did he mean, starter for the first half of next season until Nurk is ready? :dunno: if not, then trouble brewing for ole Punchface!

Didn't say specifically.

It's funny though, prior to this season I think they (Olshey) were grooming Zach to be the starter and Nurk to be replaced eventually. Then Nurk improved so much it's like they don't really know what to do with Zach anymore.

Zach says he wants to be a starter.....also says he prefers playing the 5.....
glad he has aspirations but he needs to get his skinny azz in the weight room and add 15-20 lbs to play C and learn how to rebound better, he gets pushed around way to much, hope he gets that done

No, Olshey spoke at lengths about playing Nurk and Collins together... meaning Zach to play the 4. Unfortunately, Stotts had different ideas. Just like the season before, it took Olshey having to let Ed Davis go before Stotts would really trust Nurk. It'll have to happen again this off-season when we let Aminu go so that Stotts lets Zach get the majority of the minutes at the 4.

Because he will be starting next season and they don't want to wear him out.

The Jody Allen stuff is most encouraging to come out of this. She agreed to the contract extension for Terry. She addressed the team after wins/losses in the playoffs.

She is also fully engaged in the well being of the team.

This is important.

This is important. We kind of need a multi billionaire as an owner. They do grow on any Oregon trees that I am aware of. Yes I understand that various conspiracy theories could come out of this. ( all Seattle related) but I would agree that this is a positive development

Did Seth not have an exit interview? Really want this guy back

I'm kind of surprised that Layman didn't get an exit interview. There was a time where we were debating whether or not to match a 10M/Yr contract for his services...

Dame hired Phil Beckner to be his personal trainer during the season?

why didn't the team hire him?
Guys always like their own guy. Teams have an agenda. Having your own guy can be in your own best interest.
