You must be caught up on stigma.
If I was making a NBA basketball game and had to give them a rating, Id have them both at pretty similar scores. Say the scale is 0-100, Id probably have Aminu mid 60’s and Layman at 60 or so. I think Aminu has gotten better but I dont think dribbling is a strength for either of them. They both at times try to do too much with the ball, but Aminu at this point has more dribble moves (I guess we can call them that), then Layman. Layman can put the ball down on the break, and can pump and go ok but really after about 3 dribbles he needs to know what he’s doing with it because he doesnt have much after that. Aminu can actually go a few more dribbles deep and when he’s under control I think he’s fine.
This may prove to people why Im not makiny games for 2k but whatever lol.

It's not that Jake is a great ball-handler. It's that we've seen Aminu continually lose his dribble in ways many a junior high player can only fathom. Aminu is better this year....but the bar was VERY low.
Aminu is better, currently. Improved greatly this season. He rarely loses the ball off the dribble anymore.

I haven't seen Layman break somebody down with dribble moves once in his career, or get by someone with a crossover. I can't believe people think hes a better ball handler than Aminu. I don't understand. Jake is nervous just dribbling straight up the court.
C’mon man please....
