Sometimes I think the only NBA some posters on here watch is the local games on Comcast.

Dude's got a DRtg of 102 on a team that isn't a good defensive team. He also has a DWS of 2.5, which is both handily better than Aldridge. Their PER's are essentially the same. I don't understand why that proposal is insane like you think. A top 5 Center in the league who is 5 years younger than Aldridge, a much better defender and just a hair less effective offensively and a better passer out of the post. To top it off you get a young glue guy like Singler to bolster the bench and a helluva backup PG in Bynum.
Aldridge is a fine player. But, some of you act like he's some kind of superstar who's going to piggy back this team to the promise land.
Well he is a two time all star and should have been 3 time. How many all star games have Monroe played in?
It doesn't have to be Detroit. But it sounds like you already made your personal decision. And that's cool.
How many did Aldridge play in at 22?
I count actual appearances. Age is not a factor. How many titles did lj win? He is the best player to play the game for the last 20 years.
lol. oh okay. So you faulted Aldridge as a 22 year old because he didn't have any AS appearances yet. Right?
You know how rare it is to make an AS game as a 22 year old?
How many players in the nba make the allstar game? It's pretty rare for everyone to make the all star game. Hell; there was a couple snubs this year.
Your argument is getting so wobbly I don't think you believe it anymore. You have a nonsensical retort to things that just don't make sense.
You haven't watched Monroe play much, its okay.
