Rudy is going to win this team several games this year, you can put that in the bank.

I got to see Outlaw on the way in and I showed him my "Fuck the Lakers"T-shirt I had on under my sweatshirt. He laughed out loud, covered his mouth and gave me a high five. It was dope. Then I showed it to Monty Williams and he didn't like it as much. He took the road of political correctness like I thought he would. He kind of scoffed at the shirt. lol. I was a couple rows from Larry Miller for a few moments as was REALLY close to showing him my shirt, but decided against it. haha! Outlaw looked good as usual. He's clearly the superior SF to Webster, but I understand the role they have to play on their respective squads, and it makes sense.

FYI, O-Live has a clip of the Fan Fest: http://blog.oregonlive.com/blazers/2008/10/video_trail_blazers_wells_farg.html
Oden looked like he was half-assing it, although on his two dunks you could see the explosiveness. Rudy seems to be a forward-looking shooter, meaning that he doesn't let a miss get into his head. And make sure you check out Bayless' effort on defense.
If memory serves Monty Williams is a pretty religious guy, he probably scoffed because he was offended, not because he was trying to be PC
Yeah, he wasn't being PC at all. Monty is very religious and very respectful of others. That's not the kind of humor he would dig.
thanks for the updates everyone and a welcome to Drttimmy

I wouldn't find it that funny either, and I'm not at all religious. Although I wouldn't be offended by someone else wearing that on a shirt, I just don't see the point in having shirts with swear words on it.
Then don't own any! Seems pretty simple.
I know, why on earth would someone willingly put "Lakers" on their shirt?I just don't see the point in having shirts with swear words on it.
