would hate to lose this league tbh, this is the OG league from back in the day

I guess eventually it will automatically set the draft date and go forward with the current members.

@PHXBlazer1 if you don’t want to play can you pass commish to @BoBoBREWSKI or @Haakzilla and let us know if you want to auto draft and stay in the league? We have at least one person to replace, and one interested (gold ranger) in taking their place.

Probably only have two weeks until it auto sets our draft.
 
Hey guys, I’m back for basketball season! I set the draft for Sunday the 12th at 8pm Pacific. If that doesn’t work for a majority we can reschedule. Looking forward to another season of ball! Go Blazers!!
 
I changed it so anyone can invite a new team. Let’s try and get those last two spots filled!

You can still have a successful season without daily attention to waivers and stuff. Just gotta get your lineups set and you are good. I’d love for you to join.

@BoBoBREWSKI will it allow you to remove Tortured ones to make room for The Gold Ranger?

I vote that we keep Ace in the league unless we are able to fill that other spot. He can be the leagues official “bye week” lol
 
8pm on a Sunday with the 9 hours time difference is a bit too complicated for me. If the draft is at a different timing I could be in.
But of course don’t change anything only for me

Are you already in this league?

I haven’t figured out how to yet but usually you can set a draft order before the draft and your picks will be made based on whatever player you have ranked highest being available at the time of your pick. Otherwise the picks are automatically made based off the “power rankings”.

Like if it were the real NBA draft, if you miss draft night you would automatically draft the “best player available” without having a pre-draft set up. Only downside is when Yahoo has somebody ranked higher than they should and you end up drafting somebody like Dame even though they aren’t expected to play this season. At which point you have to get on after the draft and drop them for whoever is a FA.

With the # of people in the league there should be some viable FA’s if that happened to you.
 
Had trouble getting Chris Craig into the league, gold ranger may run into the same issue.

“There is not room in this league if all teams from last year return. If you were invited to take over an existing team, please click the link in the email you received to join the league. To create a brand new team, get the commissioner to increase the maximum number of teams, or remove teams that will not be returning.”

If you are still looking for someone ... I'll give it a go. Haven't done an NBA fantasy league in forever and don't have a ton of time on my hands but my dad does and it might be fun to run with him like I do our big football league.

Reminder draft is tonight at 8pm, approximately 4 1/2 hours from now.

Yall ready for this beat down? Ive already got some crazy picks lined up. If you predict yourself thinking somebody was going to fall to you - prepare for disappointment.
 
If you can’t make the draft and happen to see this. You can go to “draft” and then player ratings to sort your player ratings which the draft will automatically select for you based on.
 
Ive seen a lot of mocks and rankings which list Deni as the highest rated Blazer in H2H leagues.

Seen some where the ranking is Deni > Camara (30+ player difference) > Clingan > Sharpe

I understand that the question of Sharpes defensive contribution and contribution outside of points/3’s is a legitimate thing to question in fantasy league. But what I don’t get is the gap between Deni and Camara. I think Camara is going to have a season, and I’d take him over Deni this year because Camara is going to fill the defensive stats and if he has a breakout offensive season where he’s giving you a few 3’s and some 20+ nights he’s going to 100% be one of the most slept on fantasy league players this season. Camara is going to give you something in every category. Dudes gonna be fantasy league gold.

Now that I’ve given away my secrets to success, ya’ll playing better not mess it up. I will absolutely cook all of you if you don’t play it right. You better not hand me an easy win this year, I want to see some solid competition.

You better hope I don’t draft in the top 3.

Can’t wait to see where Flagg falls in this draft. Man, why did I sit out these last two years. All this hype leading up to fantasy league has me ready for some NBA basketball.

I think I’ve got a case of Blazermania.

Really going to be a fun and exciting year from the fantasy standpoint. Who’s taking Anfernee Simons to fill the sheet early in the season with the Celtics? Who’s taking Klay Thompson?

Is there going to be somebody on a two way available on waivers mid season which comes out and goes crazy with the box score?

Will the league suffer from a clear cut case of homerism?

Is somebody going to draft Dame with their last pick just to be “that guy”?

I’ve had a lot of fun in this league with you guys for years. Looking forward to another fun season. On the real even though I’m going to try, I just hope everybody has fun following their players and chasing that #1.

Liking my team this year. Feel like it’s fairly balanced in scoring categories. Gonna need a healthy and big season from Wembanyama. Got some other guys that will do a little something in a few categories. A few players I’d expect to fill up the 3pt sheet. Maybe a little too balanced where I should be a bit more dominant in a few categories but we will see how it goes.
