With the passing of Sir Sean Connery, one of my favorites, it got me to thinking of who everybody's favorite actor is.

In no particular order my tops are Connery, Morgan Freeman, Denzel Washington, Robert DeNiro, Harrison Ford and Samuel L. Jackson.

You said “actor” so I assumed you were looking at make leads. I have a bunch of favorite actresses, many of whom have already been listed. Susan Sarandon and Maggie Smith would be a couple of suggestions.
