Enchiladas are my favorite leftover, by far. The sauce all congeals, the flavors intensify, and greatness is achieved.

I second the Enchiladas remark. Thinking about my Enchiladas reheated right now makes me want to make them, it has been a while...

Fajitas do pretty well reheated too.

Got home late from work last night and grabbed two slices of the tomahawk ribeye I smoked on Sunday and it was just as delicious and buttery cold as it was the night before!

Their rub is amazing. I love dry wings. In other words, none of that hot sauce stuff. I dip them in blue cheese dressing, sometimes a touch of sweet baby ray's bbq sauce.

I love the dry wings. I dip them in blue cheese dressing, followed by a dip into the sbr's bbq sauce. Friggin' amazing. Not for everyone, I get it.

My mom used to call it Roquefort back in the day. When I make my own dressing, I use crumbled Gargonzola.

Had some cold left over fried chicken and cold left over potato salad to go with it that was out of this world delicious. If only I had some of those dark green pepperoncinis that they discontinued to go with it.
