I would have to say lifting weights. Its one of the best stress removers you can do.Plus its fun knowing you can bench more than your body weight :flex: I also would honestly say posting on forums. I LOVE to talk about basketball. My friends like the NBA but they dont want to hear me talk about it. So when I get a chance to come on here and talk bball its awesome.
