Can't you just quit giving SPD such a hard time. Do you really want to be banned because you can't refrain from calling someone a Tool? It's not really that much to ask.

He's not giving me a hard time, I changed the insults to me from his original target.

I think he meant hard time in terms of requiring moderating effort, but I could be wrong.

Aw! You are such a sweetheart for coming to his aid. (But SlyPokerDog is a tool.)

Well it should, I expect this is a lack of judgement by the evaluator. If we have too many of those we will all be the loser.

All I can do is give my opinions. That's all they are, my opinions based upon what I know of life and what I've learned in my years on the planet. If, in your opinion they show a lack of judgment, I guess I'll just have to carry that heavy burden of your diapproval. That said, I'm pretty confident that it is your (and others like you)lack of judgment in supporting Trump that will result in Hillary's election. Time will tell.

You know of course, that is illogical. You can feel this, but there is no logic.

While he could not recommend criminal charges, he concluded that administrative action (firing) would be appropriate.

Comey said 'administrative sanctions'. Denny Crane said 'firing'.

He also pointed out that Denny's oft-expressed opinions on the matter were worthless:

I know there were many opinions expressed by people who were not part of the investigation—including people in government—but none of that mattered to us. Opinions are irrelevant, and they were all uninformed by insight into our investigation, because we did the investigation the right way.

On the contrary, my opinion is backed up by polling data. The current average of polls shows Hillary up by about 6 points.

Well sir, I don't think she is up in the polls because I or anyone else supports Trump.

So you are saying she'd be up in the polls by the same amount no matter who the Republican nominee was?

Could be, we'll never know. But I suspect that there are a few of the 17 dwarfs that would have run better than Trump.

It does indeed surprise me. He is no nitwit. You may not like him, but nitwit he is not. Neither is Hillary for that matter, she is a lying, conniving, life long freeloader at the public trough.

Trump maybe flamboyant, verbose, even crude perhaps, but not a nitwit
What's important is that I'm fabulously wealthy.

barfo, I think you will find, given enough time, Hillary is up in the poll because not enough people support Trump or that will admit it.
And my support for Trump had nothing to do with Hillary leading in the polls.

It helped Washington immensely too, it was said he was the richest man in American when he became President.
He could afford to be President without working to seek kickbacks and future considerations.

Yes, Hillary is up in the polls because not enough people support Trump. That is true.

I'm afraid it did and does. You (and your fellow R voters) chose Trump of your own free will. You could have voted in a more electable candidate, but you chose to 'make a statement'. Making that statement will likely result in Hillary being president. You and I will have contributed equally to Hillary's win - me by voting for her, you by depriving the Republicans of a half-decent candidate.

I might see the truth in your logic when you tell me the Republican that you would vote for instead, even though he or she staunchly supports the 2nd amendment. Then when you do, I will blame you for not telling me sooner because I would sure make the switch for enough fucking votes to make the difference.

So you are saying that the Republicans would have lost this election no matter what? Interesting thesis, and it certainly does absolve you of any blame that might come your way for nominating Trump.

I don't personally agree - I think if you'd chosen Rubio, or Kasich, or Bush, or maybe a few others, it probably would have been a close race.

Now, I wouldn't have been voting for any of those myself. But there surely are people who might vote for one of those over Hillary but won't vote for Trump.

For what it's worth, my support, or lack thereof, isn't solely contingent upon the 2nd amendment views of the candidate. That's one issue among many as far as I'm concerned. If somehow Hillary and Trump switched 2nd amendment positions, I'd still be voting for Hillary.

No. The voters still remember what happened in 2001-09. This is like 1976. No matter who the Democratic nominee is, he or she wins.

Mean while back in the boatyard, yep the work is still here.

Les see now, we have been told Hillary is guilty of a whole host of things, as listed by the director of the FBI. A whole list of faithful here still don't care. How many people could she kill before they give a shit? This level of participation on the part of my countrymen will never cease to astonish me. Mind boggling even.

Ha! It seems to me, it is more like electing Walter Mondale after surviving Carter, 1980.

Meanwhile, your chosen candidate is on trial for fraud, does business with the mafia, and lies more often than Hillary. But you don't care about any of that, do you?

on trial for fraud,
>>> for years now. We shall see how it comes out.

does business with the mafia,
>>> and this got some Seals killed? But you know of a law broken?
and lies more often than Hillary
>>>>Do you have a list from the FBI to back you up?

No, I really Know of nothing that concerns me.
