Part of me wonders if he's not fighting this because either

A: his attorney basically said he would lose and he might as well get ahead of this

B: he already knows his base won't believe anything it says anyways so he has nothing to lose

C: he'll just say he had nothing that was on the warrant and/or he'll say it's not the same thing he got and MAYBE he'll produce a warrant with sharpie markings all over it.

D: he's an idiot.

What's even more amazing is this freak could become president in this day and age without having any knowledge or sense of truth at all.
