The good thing is the last week has proven to all the doubters of Merrick that he's going to get an indictment... It's going to happen. You don't execute a lawful search on an ex-president unless you're absolutely got an airtight case.

funny how he's basically admitting that Trump would use the DOJ as a weapon, vs how it is being used now as a way to collect stuff that was improperly taken from the white house.

please, i'm once again asking you to get out of the mindset of pointing out logical gotchas and get into the mindset of considering how this kind of statement will make guys in trucks feel like they can hunt me for sport.

I hope you aren't implying I'm just in the "mindset of pointing out" logical gotchas, because it kind of implies I'm not already in the mindset of knowing that bubba and bubba jr are already targeting people who are different then them.
 

Herschmann later recalled to the select panel that he found Clark’s idea to be “asinine” and dryly brought up Clark’s past as an environmental

And based on your answers tonight, I’m not even certain you know that.’”

Herschmann also told the select panel about a contentious phone call he had on Jan. 7, 2021, with Trump-allied lawyer John Eastman. In the call, Eastman discussed plans to keep pursuing Trump’s efforts to reverse the election — despite the violence of the previous day’s Capitol riot.

“And I said to him, ‘Are you out of your F-ing mind?’” Herschmann told the panel. “I said, ‘I only want to hear two words coming out of your mouth from now on: orderly transition.’”

Trump is fucked now...the two lawyers he put in charge of the National Archives negotiation testified that after repeatedly asking him to return the documents he refused..he said they're not theirs, they're mine. This is the biggest prod for Garland to step on the gas and take control of the process. They have all the dirt they need to convict Trump of Espionage and Obstruction...he's going to be fighting a war with the feds on 3 fronts now and no good lawyers want to represent him in a losing cause...he's bringing in Rudy again.

I'm absolutely a "Moderate". I have my guns. I'm ex military (Army 2/75 Ranger Bat Communications). I want strong borders. I believe Abortion should not be used for birth control. I have a spiritual (Not Religious) background. I want fiscal responsibility. I want healthcare for all. I believe education is the key to solving a bunch of problems. I believe in Science. I know global warming is happening. I believe in Green energy and responsible carbon reduction.
I love this country with all my heart!
