Trump is fucked now...the two lawyers he put in charge of the National Archives negotiation testified that after repeatedly asking him to return the documents he refused..he said they're not theirs, they're mine. This is the biggest prod for Garland to step on the gas and take control of the process. They have all the dirt they need to convict Trump of Espionage and Obstruction...he's going to be fighting a war with the feds on 3 fronts now and no good lawyers want to represent him in a losing cause...he's bringing in Rudy again.

The whole "they're mine not theirs" thing really bugs me. Who the fuck is he to say that shit is his??

If we needed anymore proof he was going to sell it...

Dumbest thing the GOP ever did was to not impeach him the first time around. His perjury trail is sickening...his obstruction of justice and witness tampering....his entire political story is one of a New York mobster. I keep saying that until this guy is locked up, the country will remain in turmoil and government will continue to lose the respect of the voters.

was? I’m almost sure he has already sold it
His Saudi profits are already sketchy...Kushner got 2 billion From the Saudis that some have said is actually Trump's check in Kushner's name. His Russian and N Korean love stories are also really, really suspect...let's say Trump has buyers lined up for any inside info he wants to pedal.

Yeah, I have never understood, in a country with 360 million people (and 360 million viewpoints) how the extremists on both ends of the political spectrum can expect an "all or nothing" mentality to succeed. Every American deserves a slice of the pie. And fuck those who believe they are entitled to the entire pie.......

Secret 911 Call Log Reveals 17 Major Security Breaches At Mar-a-Lago After Donald Trump Left Office

Florida law enforcement was called to Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago 78 times between the time he left the White House and the FBI raided the sprawling property, a secret 911 call log reveals.

The document obtained exclusively by Radar also details for the first time how 17 of those incidents were classified as a “suspicious person” or “trespass(ers)” who managed to infiltrate the grounds that are supposedly heavily fortified to protect the former president.

Remarkably, the calls to Florida authorities suggest the incidents were not able to be resolved by the Secret Service, who maintains a constant watch over Trump and his family when they are at the 20-acre Palm Beach, Fla., club.

Most notably a Chinese businesswoman was arrested in 2019 and later convicted of trespassing at Mar-a-Lago while carrying a bag full of electronics. She was sentenced to eight months in jail.

Yujing Zhang, 33, incredibly managed to slither past five Secret Service agents and into the ornate main reception area of the mansion before she was handcuffed. Amazingly, Trump was nearby playing golf at his namesake course, Trump International.

Zhang was armed to the teeth with a laptop, an external hard drive, four mobile phones, and a thumb drive that with malicious hardware.

The revelation of the repeated security operations shed new light on the national security concerns presented by the former president in the wake of last week’s raid, and the home he dubbed the Winter White House.

"Clearly they thought it was very serious to get these materials back into secured space," Mary McCord, a former Department of Justice official told Reuters.

"Even just retention of highly classified documents in improper storage - particularly given Mar-a-Lago, the foreign visitors there and others who might have connections with foreign governments and foreign agents - creates a significant national security threat."

One former intelligence officer told Reuters the Mar-a-Lago location is a “nightmarish environment,” for security of classified information

Radar obtained the 911 logs by filing a Freedom of Information Law request with the Palm Beach police department.

The documents also reveal cops were called to Mar-a-Lago for a variety of different reason which included assault and battery, medical emergencies, motor vehicle accidents, property damage and lost property.

The call logs did not distinguish whether the emergencies were associated with the Trumps or the hundreds of guests that visited the property for a high-class shindig or a round of golf.

In July, the Secret Service paid $580,600 in taxpayer monies to an Arkansas contractor “to provide Mar-a-Lago with physical security build-out upgrade,” according to a report.

It was so private, you did not receive. It was classified as "top secret" by highest security. And the evidence aka steak.... well, he ate that.

The FBI asked for it back, too.

And you see what happens when you don't.

It's just now been declassified by Trump.

Won't really matter if they continue with their slow-moving coup plan.
As long as Joe is Commander in Chief and has a military available to him any coup quick or small would be crushed. It may end up more of a North South civil war, the country is that divided.

'Ludicrous.' 'Ridiculous.' 'A complete fiction.': Former Trump officials say his claim of 'standing order' to declassify is nonsense

(CNN) - In the days since the FBI seized classified and top secret documents from Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort, the former President and his allies have claimed that Trump had a "standing order" to declassify documents he took from the Oval Office to the White House residence.

But 18 former top Trump administration officials tell CNN they never heard any such order issued during their time working for Trump, and that they believe the claim to be patently false.

Several officials laughed at the notion. One senior administration official called it "bullsh*t." Two of Trump's former chiefs of staff went on the record to knock down the claim.

"Nothing approaching an order that foolish was ever given," said John Kelly, who served as Trump's chief of staff for 17 months from 2017 to 2019. "And I can't imagine anyone that worked at the White House after me that would have simply shrugged their shoulders and allowed that order to go forward without dying in the ditch trying to stop it."

Mick Mulvaney, who succeeded Kelly as acting White House chief of staff, also dismissed the idea and told CNN he was "not aware of a general standing order" during his tenure.

In addition, CNN spoke with former national security and intelligence officials as well as White House lawyers and Justice Department officials. Taken together, their tenure covers all four years of the Trump administration, and many served in positions where they would either be included in the declassification process, or at the very least, be aware of such orders.

Official after official scoffed at the claim Trump had a standing order to declassify documents that left the Oval Office and were taken to the residence.

"Total nonsense," one senior White House official said. "If that's true, where is the order with his signature on it? If that were the case, there would have been tremendous pushback from the Intel Community and DoD, which would almost certainly have become known to Intel and Armed Services Committees on the Hill."

Trump mantaining a "major motion" pertaining to the Fourth Amendenment will soon be filed concerning the search of his home. Gee, can't wait.
