Fat chance.

Idk he has a stacked deck there. They have helped and turned him away on different cases. It will be interesting to see what happens this time around.

That would be so illegal, that it isn't funny.

Supreme Court Justices still have to follow the rule of law. Rule of law is a principle under which all persons, institutions, and entities are accountable to laws that are: Publicly promulgated. Equally enforced. Independently adjudicated. And consistent with international human rights principles.

The Supreme Court has to do the right thing. This is why they could not uphold his attempts to steal the election.

Is that why they overturned Roe v Wade? Sorry, no faith in them doing the right thing. Whether it's on this issue or a more important issue effecting Trump's legal battles, there will come a time when they turn into Judge Cannon and throw law out the window in his favor.

Overturning Roe vs Wade has been in the works for many years. Their decision while not popular with many was still along the lines of the rule of law. Upholding it has been as well. The dicey part comes when you take a hot button issue like that and add emotions.

The law is whatever the Supreme says it is even if everyone disagrees.

There ruling may be morally wrong, even contrary to a previous, established ruling, but it's still the law.
Yeah I'm just commenting on the idea that we can expect them to 'do the right thing'.

They have no power to enforce their decisions, though, so if everyone disagrees, their rulings have no effect.

"John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it."

I am not advocating for that, just noting it.

But aren’t you a pirate? I mean when did you start doing what you were told to do anyway?

Imagine the supreme court saying "nah, we know the election was fair. We reject your baseless voting fraud claims" then say "nah, you can't prove you declassified these files and have them legally or whatever, but it's all good you can have them"...

Just imagine that lmao. It's not going to happen.

But it seems that Trump has this straight line bead to the Supreme Court? Why? How many people have real issues that need to be looked at but this guy has a case in front of them pretty much on a monthly basis?

You'll be getting a knock on your front door soon. It will be the FBI come to put you in the slammer per order of the Supreme Court.

I'll ask the warden here if any feds came to see me while I was in solitary.

Just because you have the connections doesn't mean you get the job.

Remember when it was big news what they went into MAL and took a bunch of top secret classified documents? Why did they do that?

Because Obama took a bunch and Hillarys emails?
