Rumor Fear not, 2018 ASG is coming to....

My favorite part of the article was when they talked about how the ASG hasn't "been in LA since 2011".

As if that was a long time ago.

Although I have stopped wanting or ever expecting to get the ASG in Portland, it wouldn't surprise me if they just decide to make it in LA permanently.

Good.

Who wants that entourage of douche nozzles in our town? It's perfect for L.A. They can have riots after the game.

It was 86 degrees last Sunday in LA. (82 on the beach) That has to be a selling point after Toronto.

Portland just doesn't sound right to hosting an All Star game. The demographics for that type of event just doesn't fit this city.

My son would probably force me to go if it were in Portland, so I am glad we are not in the running.

Yeah, the NBA doesn't like it when the residents are weirder than the contestants.

Well they made NY the permanent location of the draft, so why not? lol

Dammit, I already chalked out my spot for the all star parade.

The Allstar weekend here sucks. I went through two of them, last time I went to the "Fan Experience" wearing a Blazer jersey and one of the douchebag volunteers in the greeting area where they're supposed to be working yells "No Blazer Fans".

Tickets are expensive as shit, the fan experience convention sucked as well, other than being able to pose next to a Larry O'Brien, etc. I went to the Rookie/Sophomore game last time (Wes Matthews) and the Saturday Night Dunk/3point/skills thing the first time.

All it ends up being in town is a bunch of black parties thrown by rappers and football players and shit.

Bruh sounds to me like a more authentic experience.
