Most of all they drastically underestimated will of people without resources to resist. They thought we were powerless. We thought we were powerless.

A group of fourth grade students in San Francisco organized a kids' protest against ICE. Organizer, age ten, explained they are too young to walk out of class so held rally after school. State Senator Scott Wiener, carrying sign that read I only like ice on lemonade, spoke. Then the students all wrote letters to politicians saying get ICE out and notes of solidarity to grade school students in Minnesota.
