A federal judge ruled in favor of 20 plaintiffs who filed suit over removal of books from Department of Defense libraries. DUI hire has ordered removal of all books on slavery, Black history, Hispanic history, women's studies, LGBTQ issues, as well as sexual harassment. Plaintiffs successfully argued this violated their constitutional rights. Government argued removing books was a form of free speech.

Arguing for the very thing youre taking away is not only not a good look but also its not gonna work out a lot of the time.

Trial of DC sandwich thrower underway. After grand jury refused to indict on felony assault, he was charged with misdemeanor. Today ICE agent attacked by deadly sandwich testified it struck his bulletproof vest and exploded. He could smell mustard and onions.
