Blake WTF were you doing? There were 9 seconds left and that shot was horrible.

There will be a Game 7 in Portland, and the Blazers will win it.

Yeah, that, and the other 24 foul shots they had. We shot 10 free throws in this game. They shot 24.

I'm sure it's just an aberration and will be resolved in the next game.

I'm sure...sooo...suuurrreee....

Do not blame Blake for this loss. He's the only reason we were in the damn game to begin with.

If you want to play the blame game, let me tell you this. After this post-season, I never want to see Travis Outlaw in a Blazer uniform again.

Other than Blake's and especially Roy's penchant for dribbling huge chunks of valuable time off the clock, I thought the players put a lot of effort into this game at both ends. Even with Nate pleading with them to push it up court twice in timeouts they still walked it up, and Roy just stood there at the top dribbling the clock out like we had the lead or something.

The starters never had any offensive flow and unfortunately neither did the bench.

The bench can be excused for less production as they are used to having Sergio make their game easy, and some moron kept him on the bench.

As I predicted after last games win, and was attacked for, we can't win a playoff series riding 2 guys. They were dead tired in the fourth quarter, and it showed in their lack of execution.

83 pts won't cut it. We need 100 to beat these guys. We need a set-up guy to get 100 pts against these guys.

We need Sergio.

Our depth is our only advantage, especially in this series, and Nate's wasting it on the bench.

Love the 2 fouls on Houston in the 4th quarter - particularly with 1 being intentional.

It's not like Greg was giving up position and not boxing out, we got killed on the boards because we shot a very low percentage and the Rockets did a great job of grabbing defensive boards and our guards and didn't do a great job of digging out boards when our centers were otherwise preoccupied with Yao.

Greg didn't get big rebound numbers but kid worked his ass off making Yao a non-factor in the second half when he was in. It was up to people like Travis, Steve and Brandon as well as LaMarcus to grab those rebounds and they just didn't do it.

Greg put in work tonight and he is the reason it got close.

Another good thing to come out of this game. Von Wafer and Brooks have finally cooled off. Combined 6-20 fg. I see no reason why those two butt-darts should all of a sudden start shooting lights-fucking-out like they did in games 1 and 2.

You can look at it as that, or a missed opportunity, which is what it is in my book.

No crap. That is a travesty in itself. We get called for the same exact thing they are doing on the other end, and not getting called on.

Amazing that we were so close as bad as Outlaw did again.

I only saw the second half but in the fourth I thought Przbilla would have been more effective than Oden, Oden seemed unsure what to do on offense, just seemed uncertain and tentative.

Early in the fourth Blake made a couple threes and a drive to the hoop for a basket, really brought us back into the game, gotta cut him some slack.

One play that upset me, Roy beats two guys and then two more guys run at him and he isn't able to find either Blake or Rudy, both shooting the lights out on threes; he has gotta work on that. It seems Houston's strategy was they were gonna stop Roy even if they had to leave everyone else open.

Maybe Nate should bitch and moan like Adleman did. Nah, that'd backfire.

Battier had a sensational game. 16 pts, 4 rebs, 1 asst, 2 steals, 4 blocks

Outlaw is fucking choking at the worst possible fucking time. He needs to have his ass benched, but Nate is too fucking obsessed with his rotations that he's letting them cloud his judgment.

he's doing rotations he hasn't done before.

Is there any doubt that Rudy would have hit a three to tie the game if he had been given the ball?

They weren't tired, because we are riding them too hard, they were tired because Houston makes it bloody difficult to score.

But I'm sure you're right, all this team needs is a low percentage shooter at the point who has trouble finishing at the rim because he can't jump, so the Rockets can sag off even more into the passing lanes and dare him to shoot.

If this was a gambling undisciplined defense like Denver then you might be right that Sergio could very well be the prescription, but this just isn't the series for him.

You wouldn't know it from looking at the box scores, but I think Greg actually outplayed Yao when the two were on the court, he fronted him to perfection.

Judging from the way he hit that 3 with Lowry up in his grill, I'd say the odds of him missing would have been about 10%

Greg is getting better as the series wears on. You wouldn't know it if you looked at the boxscore, but he's learning how to play. Unfortunately he's still getting the bullshit calls against him.

I can just picture Blake passing him the ball, Rudy giving a head fake, stepping back, and nailing a three to tie. I can see it in my head. Too bad Blake pulled a Lone Ranger on us.
