Flat Feet

Wondering if anyone here had flat feet. I do and sometimes they hurt like hell. My feet are so flat that they dont any arch what so ever. I remember when used to have a tough practice back in HS where we would run a ton and when I got back home they would just crap up. They also hurt alot when I have to stand for a long time.

Yup, I got em. I had to get archs for my shoes cause it killed when I played sports. When I was playing soccer for my HS team, after practice, I'd come home and the pain would be horrible.It sucks - it runs through my whole family.

Flat feet can be helped by correct footwear.(and yes "arches" in soles) The main problem is that BBall shoes are designed for fashion not support. I have always thought this to be quite silly as bball is very hard on feet/ankles and knees. While the ankles are taken care of the rest is left out - if your feet aren't supported then you'll likly have issues with knees and possibly back.

Yeah if you have flat feet your body isn't balanced right - your shoulders are a little slanted to one side, your spine might go to one side, your pelvis...knees...lots of sh*t...It kills your back, and thats why I got lower back pains.

I got flat feet, but I went to an orthopedic place and got custom made insoles, and now my feet never hurt.

I get that quite a bit when I play basketball or anything for more then 2 hours... wow it hurts especially the walk back home
