Nikolas Cruz slaughtered 17 Freshman on Wednesday. This piece of Shit threatened to do this 9 Months ago and nothing was done about it. I'm sure Michael has the latest updates.
 
What's even worse is they took him alive.
 
Too bad they couldn't have fed him back to the students. Yep they'll send in a team of analysts to figure out why he did it. We'll find out he was abused in some manner, they'll do a book or movie and he'll probably not be placed in general pop. The officer who arrested him said it was done without incident, too bad maybe the officer could have found reason to take care of business.
 
Just read that this morons leagel team from the Broward County Public Defenders Office will fight to keep him from the death penalty. How in the hell can any lawyer in his/her right mind defend that guy knowing what he did.
 
Govt dropping the ball on mass shooters as often as they have makes me wonder if it's not intentional. I'm not a tin foil hat kinda guy, but the coincidences and associated outcries for more gun control are uncanny.
 
Multiple factors went into the failure of the intended systems that may have prevented last week's massacre.

...parents, FBI, Trump, state of Florida, et al, can all shoulder part of the blame.
 
Got some really questionable law enforcement behavior in Florida. State attorney did not want a death penalty on a man who shot his EX and baby then gunned down a police office pumping rounds into her as she lay on her back. The Cruz Defense team says plead guilty and we'll get you off of execution. Too bad that cop that got Cruz could not find suspicions actions to end result in Dead rather than alive situation. Damn shame.
 
Just saw an article stating that the School Resource Officer on duty at the time of the killings never entered the building nor went after the killer. After being found out the man elected to resign and retire. This was discovered through video and the officers report. Oddly enough the officers name was Scot Peterson.

that was the other scott peterson; a ruthless killer who killed his wife and unborn child. Been on Death Row San Quentin since 04....

If one looks West to the Left Coast long & far enough, they will eventually see the East; Or- Right Coast...:smiley-hmm: I know, it don't make sense to a martian....(damn am I bored). Time to break out the Bolo bat/ball, tittly winks & Ant Farm....:smiley-pat:
 
And there is also Drew Peterson, ex cop convicted for murdering one wife and a prime suspect in disappearance of another. The squeeze told me last night there are two other Broward County Deputies suspended over their actions at that school. shooting. Saw that dad accost Trump over "fixing the immediate problem to keep kids safe" Looks like law enforcement at local level may have screwed the pooch on this one.
 
Now local police are guarding former Deputy Petersons home. He' best hope that they provide better protection than he did at his place of duty.
 
It's sad to me that politicians and media jackals and others predictably play the blame game and point fingers at others instead of offering advice on how to better prevents events like this.

...Matts, for me, the solution to these types of shootings has less to do with altering the gun laws as it does to do with altering our cultural shortcomings.
