Im thinking of playing Football Manager again but it gets boring after about 3 years (in the game) because i run out of ideas. I never really find a team that is suited for me and I dont really know who to buy.

Celtic - Not enough transfer budget
Chelsea - Too much transfer budget
Man Utd - I go them too often
Barcelona - Players are too old and i stuggle to sell players
Real Madrid - Shit

Any suggestions, people?

When looking for a nice challenge on FM I either manage a Conference North/South team and try to make my way up the leagues, or I choose a team on the brink of UEFA cup qualification and look to one day make them champions of europe

Roma/Valencia are good teams to play with. I also like to play as Lyon.

Juventus isnt a bad option.

I am currently in my 8th(or 7th) season with Barca so you could give that another go.
