Assuming you boomers got your blue pills!
Both OB & HCP are really good people and would help anyone here in the forum, if they were in distress.
Its best to be slow to speak and quick to listen and meditate about being on a beach in Hawaii under a palm with a bottle of rum and a nice looking women.
Try the MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction) method. Give both the power to temporarily ban each other.
I'm mostly with you. I only have one person on ignore and even though rarely I get confused by threads that contain that person's input it's worth it. I think that person may have been banned because he hasn't been in here for a few years now.A couple things. First, I genuinely don’t like to ignore people, threads make less sense and many times the people who I would ignore for drama reasons, make interesting bball points. Secondly and more importantly, it’s never one poster in a vacuum. Other posters comment, the mods get pulled into it, and the flow of the board gravitates towards that drama. Thirdly, even when people are ignored enough of the spat comes through that I end up un-ignoring them just to catch up. Then I realize I’m smack dab in the middle of drama again.
I come here to relax and enjoy a topic I love. Not to try and filter out people and threads and topics. it’s easier to just stop coming or at least disassociate emotionally to the point that I stop participating.
Shit no, I'd be banned by dozens of people.Try the MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction) method. Give both the power to temporarily ban each other.
If he brings a lot of those beautiful women, don't forget your old buddy, Lanny.good idea. Come on over to my house.
All I can say is your wife must be consulting with mine.Ive been a forum poster for many years and Ive never put anyone on ignore. Ive bumped heads with a few people over time but would rather apologize for my part and try and smoke a peace pipe. The thought of an ignore button to tune people out seems counter productive. Just my opinion. I hate it when my wife ignore's me.....
