A couple weeks ago, wife made Chicken Adobo and some other fillipino food. Oh my god. It was amazing. Restaurant quality for sure and pretty easy.

There's a "Filipino spot" here in West LA (white area but a street where all the Asian food is). They had a fusion spot that did chicken adobo with boneless, skinless chicken breast. Never been so offended in my life.
